With Uma & Bo, two experienced coaches work as one team, bringing complementary masculine and feminine perspectives into the room—not as fixed roles, but as different ways of sensing, communicating, loving, and moving through life.
Together, we see beneath the surface. We help both partners understand themselves and each other, soften old patterns, restore communication, and return to connection.
Meet Coach Bo
Bo brings more than 10 years of coaching experience in high-performance sports, along with the discipline, focus, and resilience developed through years as a successful competitor and black belt in Karate.
A sensitive healer and deeply observant guide, he combines grounded presence, clear insight, strength, compassion, and practical wisdom to help people recognize the patterns shaping how they relate, respond, and grow.
Meet Coach Uma
Uma was raised by a Native medicine woman, healer, teacher, and artist, influences that continue to shape her life and work.
With more than 30 years in massage and healing, Uma has trained in EMDR trauma healing and worked as a life and nutrition coach for more than 10 years. Her spiritual path includes time at the Siddha Yoga Ashram, where she deepened her understanding of unconditional higher love.
Uma blends intuition, embodiment, emotional healing, spiritual depth, and practical support to help couples create greater compassion, intimacy, and connection.
Together, Bo and Uma bring a balance of masculine and feminine perspectives
